What areas do you serve?
If you’re within a 25 mile radius of Croton-on-Hudson, NY, there’s no travel fee. Further out, give us a call or shoot us a note. There is a $3 per mile travel fee after 25 miles and we’ll always accommodate if we can.

How do I reserve my glamping setup?
Here’s our request form to book. Once we receive it, we’ll be in touch to confirm your date, setup and any add-ons you’d like.

How many people can a glamping tent sleep?
Our glamping tents can sleep anywhere from 2-9 people depending on the tent and configuration. If you are hosting more than 8-9 people, additional tents may be added.

How much space do I need outside to accommodate a tent?
Our "Stella Blue" tents are 210 square feet of floor space and measure 16.5” round in diameter. They need another 4’ or so around the tent for lines that secure it to the ground. We recommend having a fairly flat area of least 20’-25’ diameter. Our larger “Bertha” tents are 20’x13’ and need another 4’ feet or so on each side for a total of 220 square feet of floor space. The additional pole of the “Bertha tent” makes a roomier interior for more head space.

Can I reserve multiple outdoor tents?
Yes, definitely! There are some fun things we can do with multiple tents as well, so depending on availability, we love setting up multiple tent rooms or even tent villages.

Do you pitch at campgrounds or locations other than backyards?
Yes! We are happy to set up in campgrounds or any land you may have access to that allow third parties to do so. If you need help finding a location, let us know; or if you have a spot scoped out or reserved, let us know in the NOTES section when you request a booking. (Hipcamp sites are great options!)

How much does delivery cost?
Delivery & set up is included for locations within a 25 mile radius of Croton-on-Hudson, NY. Outside of that, there is a delivery fee of $3 per mile (over the first 25). We’ll do everything we can to accommodate you if you are outside our immediate service area.

When do you set up/tear down?
Rentals are set up by 3pm and pick up after 10am on the following day, (or pick-up day if it’s a multi-day rental). Depending on travel, we arrive for set up between 9am-2pm and we’ll always send you a text to give you our ETA.

What’s included for bedding?
Every bed is a comfy memory-foam mattress and comes with professionally cleaned, soft, sateen sheets; comfy pillows, including a pillow protector and pillowcase. Queen beds include a cot, duvet and duvet cover, while twin beds have a light fleece blanket. On cool nights, a sleeping bag or extra blanket may be necessary. We also provide fans, A/C and heaters, if electricity is available, as add-ons.

How does movie night work?
We have two theater options: in-tent (small) or “out-tent” (large). Both come with a projector, an additional speaker, and an HDMI cable. You’ll need to connect a computer, iPad etc. to show content from your own device. We recommend downloading the content to your device prior to your movie night.

How does Silent Disco work?
Silent Disco enables you to party up a storm while keeping good relations with your neighbors! Our setup includes up to 15 headsets (with hygienic protective covers) and one wireless transmitter with 3 channels. With your own bluetooth phone or device, you can choose up to three different playlists/stations, allowing for different people’s taste in music – or everyone can listen to the same! Either way, it’s a pretty cool experience and a new way to dance the night away.

Can I cancel my reservation?
You can receive a full refund if you contact us 14 days or more before your booking date. If you cancel within 14 days of your booking date, the full amount paid can be applied to a future date, based on availability.

What if it rains?
Our Sibley canvas tents are 100% rainproof. If light rain is expected, we will set up as normal. If severe weather or lightning is expected, you can reschedule the day of your booking. Rescheduled dates are based on availability.

Do you offer discounts for multiple nights?
Yes, we do! Prices depend on the package, but there is a deep discount for renting for two or more nights. You can request up to two nights on our booking form, but just send us a note if you're interested in more than two nights and we will give you a custom quote.

Do I need to do anything before you set up?
You’ll want to make sure you have a cleared space in your yard - about 20’ or more in diameter, flat and free from puddles, sticks and obvious rocks. Our tent spikes are less than 6 inches and should not affect any utilities if they were installed correctly and at the right depth.

What if I don’t see the set-up or package I’m looking for?
Have a great idea that you don’t see on our site? Call us! We’re happy to offer custom set-ups. Let us know what you can imagine for your Canvas Experience and we will do everything we can to accommodate.

Can I bring my dog?
Yes! Nothing better than camping with your dog! One dog per tent is allowed for an additional fee of $50. Dogs should not be on beds or furniture though and please, no cats or other pets.
